The style of yoga is Hatha Yoga based on Iyengar Yoga where they look for symmetry in the body and good posture. It is a good and gentle kind of yoga to get started or re -started with yoga, for people with less experience and who are interested in learning the postures properly what gives you a safe base to continue with your yoga journey. You work on strength and muscle tonus as postures are hold for some breath as well as on flexibility of the body as the practice allows you to experient the posture more intensly and deeper. Tanja the teacher has very soulful kind to lead you through the class and invites you to feel the posture deeply within your body. You will finally develop more strenght and flexibility as well in your mind and your daily life when practiced regularly. Good to let go of tension, stress, creating a space to gain more energy and resilence. 

The Ashtanga Vinhasa Yoga practice is more invigorating and recommend for more experienced students, who know the postures already and are ready to practice more insensly on the body. The practice works more on the flow of the body postures and your blood circulation system and brings you at the edge of your limitations. 

Women´s Heath Yoga classes are designed to respond to the female organism more softly and gently, wroking critical parts of the female body, the calming of the nervous systment and finding alignment in the women´s ongoing female cycle. 

Yin Yoga classes are a perfect combination for the more active kind of yoga and people who are mostly very active and need to calm their whole organism to find balance and allowing the body to work through some deep, more relaxing streches that as well widens  your range of movement, calms the nervous system and find balance to your active lifesyle to learn by learning to let go of tension. 


Prices

 Single group classes are available for 15€. For regular classes we offer a monthly pass which contains 4 classes for 50€. The yoga pass is valid for just one month and cannot be accumulated for later classes. Regular practice is awared with the discount you get. The payment for the pass needs to be done upfront. You are free to choose the classes you want to attend. Yoga mats and props are to your free disposal at our lodge. We also offer private classes which is 50€ for up to 2 persons and can be given at our lodge or at your home.
